Manage Citrix snapshots in Nerdio Compass

In Nerdio Compass, navigate to Citrix > Overview to open the Citrix Overview page, where snapshot management options are available.

Select Import Snapshot.

The Import dialog opens.

If you've connected your Citrix environment directly to Compass, select Connect to Citrix DaaS and choose your existing connection to capture a snapshot directly. Alternatively, if you captured a snapshot using the Export tool, enter a descriptive label to identify the snapshot within your Nerdio Compass environment, then browse to and select the ZIP file containing your exported Citrix configuration data.

After importing, monitor the Overview page to view updated environment metrics. 

Select Actions > Compare Snapshot to open the snapshot comparison dialog.

A dialog opens titled Compare Snapshots.

In the Snapshot A field, select a snapshot to use as the first comparison baseline.

In the Snapshot B field, select a snapshot to use as the second comparison baseline.

Select Compare to execute the side-by-side comparison of the two selected snapshots.

Select Swap snapshots to reverse the positions of Snapshot A and Snapshot B, allowing you to view the comparison from the opposite perspective.

Select Actions to access the snapshot management menu.

Select Remove Snapshot to initiate the snapshot removal process.

A dialog opens titled Delete snapshot?, asking you to confirm permanent deletion of the selected snapshot.

Select Delete to permanently delete the selected snapshot.

After removal, verify the snapshot no longer displays in the Snapshot dropdown to confirm the deletion was successful.
